I had an excellent experience working with Justin at Environmental Recon Services. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Justin took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was completed thoroughly and on schedule.

When my husband and I learned at the beginning of 2024 that we needed to obtain a Nationwide 29 Permit through the US Army Corps of Engineers, our contractor referred us to Justin.
Within two weeks of contacting and hiring Justin, he went to our property, inspected it, and filed the necessary application for the Nationwide 29 Permit with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
We also informed Justin that during this time we were also in the process of obtaining two permits through the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC): The Miscellaneous Activities in Wetlands (MAIW) Permit, and an Individual Environmental Resource Permit (ERP). We gave Justin the contact names and email addresses of the persons working on the above-mentioned permits. Justin kept everyone up to date that was involved in the permitting process, including our contractor and engineers.
What has impressed us the most about Justin is his professionalism. Even though being fully paid in early 2024 for submitting the application for the Nationwide 29 Permit, it is 2025 and he is still in contact with everyone involved providing updates for all of our permits. He is prompt and quick to respond to our questions via emails or phone calls that we have from time to time.
We highly recommend Justin for his expertise and professionalism.

Environmental Recon Services has extensive experience providing support for Environmental Resource Permits obtained from EPC, FDEP, the SWFWMD, SFWMD and SJRWMD. We provide hands-on presentations and meetings, along with thorough environmental supplement documents and complete ERP applications that clearly lay out existing and proposed site conditions, listed species survey results and elimination and reduction of wetland and wildlife impacts, land use mapping, functional analyses of unavoidable wetland impacts and mitigation (UMAM assessments) and public interest test considerations.
